- BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS ARE DOWN TO THE METAL, THE REAR BRAKES ARE WAY OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ALL OF THIS IS THE CAUSE OF A LOW BRAKE PEDAL AND POOR BRAKE EFFICACY. THE CUSTOMER WAS SHOWN THE BRAKE PADS AND DECLINED THE REPAIR WE EXPLAINED HOW DANGEROUS THIS IS.
